I?m still very much loving winter and I don?t want the snow and the cold and the dark to go just yet. But I know not everyone shares that sentiment. Many of you are already fed up with the season and are looking forward to warmer, sunnier days. And so is Max Factor it seems, because earlier this week I received five of the brand?s new releases for spring. Take a look!
Max Factor Lasting Performance Foundation (109 Natural Bronze)
The Max Factor Lasting Performance Foundation has a ?long-wearing touch-proof formula? for ?a natural skin look that never looks greasy, never feels heavy and lasts all day?.
The foundation has a smooth, creamy texture, applies like a dream and provides fantastic coverage. And yet the finish looks soft and natural, which is exactly what Max Factor claimed. I?m not sure about the never looks greasy claims though. I definitely need to set the formula with mattifying power to stop dewy from turning into shiny. But then again that?s the case with pretty much all foundations for me, so I?m sure my skin is at fault here, and not the formula. And the longevity" I wouldn?t necessarily call it exceptional, but on a normal work day it does stay put just fine and wears well throughout the day. All in all the Max Factor Lasting Performance Foundation is a very solid foundation and definitely a keeper.
