I?m a big foodie and though a lot of people seem to think I live off carrots to stay thin (seriously, do you NOT see all my food pics on Instagram") I really do eat a lot and I have a huge sweet tooth. But even though I?m seriously addicted to chocolate and never say no to dessert I generally do eat healthy and balanced. And I do work out.

Because let?s be honest here: there?s no way you can eat chocolate on a daily basis and stay in shape if you?re just going to sit on your ass all day. I don?t believe in dieting. But I absolutely believe in leading a healthy lifestyle that includes healthy eating and working out. Don?t get me wrong, I?m not the kind of person who spends two hours in the gym every day. But I do try to stay active and I do exercise. Time to have a closer look at that fitness regime of mine and find out what I’m spending all those chocolate calories on!

I don?t do sports that are literally ?played?, like soccer or tennis. I just don?t like team sports. They make me nervous. I prefer solo workouts or exercise that involves no winning or losing. I’d rather challenge and fight myself than someone else or an opposing team.

3. Besides those, do you exercise as well"
I do yoga and fitness several times a week and I hoolahoop. And I love hiking and skiing, though some would argue that those don’t count as exercise since you can only do them so often.
